I have been working at iris Worldwide full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The people and culture is the best. Everyone's a hustler. The environment is fast but the people are ready to do what's necessary to produce great work. It's an open space with little egos. This is not a place for people who don't collaborate well, can't multi-task, or need someone to tell them what to do next. Those who don't perform do get let go.

    Cons

Salaries are below industry norm. They might even be under national avg norm.

    Advice to Management

Value goes both ways. Markets are changing and if compensation plays a great factor in peoples lives. Provide competitive salaries, provide salaries for the current and future markets.

I have been working at iris Worldwide full-time

    Pros

It's a great place to learn. The people who work here are very smart, creative and enjoy putting in the hard work that's demanded of them. You'll receive key industry knowledge, work with high profile clients, travel and enjoy coming to work every day. If you can stick around long enough, you become family.

    Cons

The workload is not for the faint of heart. The pay is below industry. There's a shift in management.

    Advice to Management

Reward your employees for their hard work with competitive salaries.

I worked at iris Worldwide full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The people were great and had a lot of talent

    Cons

Leadership didn't have a grasp on what was important, nor did they understand the work that their creative teams specialized in. Too often they would land a client using another office's expertise, forcing fish to climb too many trees. This led to a lot of unnecessary obstacles to get over/around/through.

    Advice to Management

Stick to what you're good at - throwing a handful of darts at a board just to see what sticks isn't a good way to attract and keep new business.

    Advice to Management

More training for employees. Evaluations at least twice a year. Better 401K contribution.
