I worked at itelligence full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The employees at itelligence are very hard working, dedicated, and professional. Each and every person I worked with genuinely wanted to do their best and were great collaborators.

    Cons

Fickle Senior Management - they will hire & lay off based on quarterly results. Forced turnover was a wild ride. They take advantage of the "at will" employment agreement to lay off anyone when quarterly results are not as expected.

    Advice to Management

Think long term. When you must have a resource action, do it with MORE DIGNITY. You push incredible people out of your doors with no absolutely no grace.

I have been working at itelligence full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great leadership that listens to their employees and truly has a family first mindset. Also because we are part of the larger NTT Group, it gives us expanded capabilities to support our clients needs.

    Cons

Like all companies today, we have to do more with less.

    Advice to Management

Keep investing in your people and growth!

I have been working at itelligence full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great team members who value the human factor of engagements.

    Cons

Senior management keeps switching hats/roles. Would of liked to see a more robust and forward thinking strategy for recruiting to support organic growth.

I have been working at itelligence full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great teamwork and family like environment. Everyone seems to be passionate about their jobs and eager to work as a team. Strong company in their industry and great at what they do.

    Cons

There are a lot of projects and sometimes resources are tight. That is standard in the industry.

I have been working at itelligence full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Freedom to learn and grow in areas that interest you. Autonomy to do what you need to do. Many career paths and opportunity to grow. Awesome people that are willing to help out.

    Cons

Reshuffling of management happens a bit too often. Need a more solid foundation and direction.

    Advice to Management

Master the basics first, innovate and differentiate second.

I worked at itelligence full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Great colleagues. Good PTO policy and flexible schedule. Had decent health benefits a long time ago.

    Cons

Terrible management, no vision, CFO regularly enforces cuts which are being executed without any social competence. CFO keeps cutting benefits which are now well below industry standard. CFO and CEO together destroyed the formerly great company culture to the point that now everybody looks elsewhere and the ship keeps sinking.

    Advice to Management

Retire, resign, whatever - just don't continue to try to run a company. You showed long enough that no vision and no social competence does not lead to anything positive.

    I worked at itelligence full-time

    Pros

Sadly, very few. Probably still a good place for an inexperienced or junior consultant to start their career.

    Cons

itelligence was once a great place to work. The culture has changed dramatically over the past 5-6 years and not for the better. The past few years, I have stayed in touch with a number of individuals who still work or used to work at itelligence and keep up to date on what is going on. itelligence used to value the employees, now it treats them as a commodity. Benefits have been cut, the annual employee meeting...

    Advice to Management

Value your employees and try to bring back a little of the magic that used to make itelligence a great place to work.
