    Pros

    They give you smelly socks for Christmas and feed you once and awhile.

    Cons

    In a few words they will drain the very fabric of your soul. This is what prisoners of ww2 must've felt like. And when they fire you illegally they will fight your unemployment. Anywhere is better than here.

    Advice to Management

    Quit and sell.

    Pros

    Relaxed environment. Free fruit and bagels during the week. Location in heart of Hollywood, so always somewhere to eat for lunch. Other than that, the experience was not positive.

    Cons

    I do not recommend this company at all. Complete lack of organization. Disjointed chain of command. Analysts feel silo'd and isolated and not part of the whole. Manager does not listen and will lecture without taking a breath, therefore employees choose to limit questions or interactions to avoid him. People are expected to figure things out, then are criticized.

    Advice to Management

    You will never retain top talent in your analytical team with the current structure. Assess what the problem may be, address it, and move on.

    Bad management. Feels like working in prison. A lot of subpar co-workers.

    Stop being stingy

    Management needs to do a better job sharing mission and strategy so everyone is on the same page.

    Free fruit every Tuesday and Thursday
    Close to public transportation

    Cons

    Underpaid salary way below market rate.
    Expensive health insurance premiums but little coverage via Hixme a.k.a individual health plan or Obamacare.

    Advice to Management

    Please bring back group plan health insurance we had couple years ago

    Pros

    It's a paycheck and there is pizza on Fridays.

    Cons

    Three managers at my location would take all of the best leads for themselves. They then started a side business and instructed the sales team to send the leads to the company they started. Of course, this was under the guise of the J2 "Lead Generation Program" that was created by one of the managers. This is a horrific place to work. Run away now.
