I worked at jWIN Electronics full-time for more than a year

    Pros

They can do H1 Visa support. That's only reason I wasted my life there.

    Cons

Horrible place, I had worked there over 40 days in a row seriously. At that time, i have to skip all Saturday, Sunday, even Thanks giving holiday and Christmas. That is my worst work experience.

    Advice to Management

What should I advice? Dictator can not accept any advice against his opinion.

I worked at jWIN Electronics full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I worked remotely so I avoided the office which is 95% Asian I also negotiated a decent base salary. Since no retailers would give appointments to meet with iLuv, my travel schedule was minimal I was able to take as much from them as they were trying to take from me before they finally laid me off due to "cash flow" issues.

    Cons

If your thinking about working here, you have to be desperate. DON'T DO IT Korean culture - Justin Kim holds half of the employees work visas and treats these employees like slaves. No one leaves the office till after Justin and his Sister Dena leave BTW what does Dena do? No innovation, Justin preaches speed to market and innovation, but he just takes the cheapest design that ODM's in asia are offering and rebrands...

I worked at jWIN Electronics full-time for less than a year

    Pros

There's absolutely nothing. Onve you step into the office, it feels like you are in a slaghter house.

    Cons

I can't describe enough. From the IT manager, there was one person either gets fired or quits in every 2 1/2 days. Sometimes, you do not even get to remember the name of an employee and he/she quit already. It is very "ill" environment where it is run by a family and its friends that have no idea how to run business properly. They were luckily successful importing cheap Chinese electronics products and sold in conventional...

    Advice to Management

Wake up and smell the coffee... If you recruit talented people, then you should be able to make a change. The first "Rule" of change is to "Get out of the comfort zone". If you can't do that, then you will not be able to change. Why do you need to fire so many people? Why can't you understand or believe in other people where they are not stupid and have plenty of more experience than you. Listen to them and empower.

I worked at jWIN Electronics full-time for more than a year

    Pros

You see new people everyday. You never say hello because you don't know when he/she will get fired.

    Cons

It is hell... The top management are catholic and pray reigiously but it won't happen because of them. There is no empowerment. It's be better off you worked on the intersection with a jar for quarters. It is a sweat shop. you work from 8 until you pass out. You will never see your family during the week days. They say all good things that they saw and heard but do totally opposite things. It is a comedy there.

    Advice to Management

I have nothing to say to you. Please look at all people got fired and left the company for one year. It will add up to more than what you have in your office currently. You are pathetic and praying will not help you. You need to believe in people. Peolple have fear in you.... You will not make it.
