    I felt right at home from my first day at drchrono. It is a passionate and youthful work environment focused around making real change in healthcare. If you live in a Baltimore and are looking for something different then the normal suit and tie cube life than drchrono is a place for you

    The east coast team is small but rapidly expanding!

    it was okay alot of craziness regarding keeping things togehter and stuff It was weird to think that needed to be timed just to do one simple task but i guess that how things are done there

    busy not much help at all an management was insane to think that they could just leave someone helpless but i thought it was supposed to be somewhere in between gues snot here.

    Pros

    Good company to work for. It was a good commute distance from my house to the job site. No heavy traffic.

    Cons

    no benefits. no real chances to move up within the company. team members do not want to train interns properly.

    Advice to Management

    need to pay employees more $$.
