    Positive Outlook

I have been working at kba north america full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Benefits are very generous. Opportunity for increased responsibility. Casual atmosphere. Flexible hours for some positions.

    Cons

Bonus must be negotiated at time of hire, otherwise annual increases are a max of 2%, but not guaranteed. Company is in a growth phase and could use more internal organization.

    Advice to Management

Empower more mid-level managers so that execs can focus on the big picture.

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at kba north america full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Super Kollegen, kollegiale Grundhaltung. Zielgerichtete Abwicklung von Projekten. Abwechslungsreiche Projekte in wechselnden Sparten.

    Cons

Die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Abteilungen könnte besser sein. Manchmal hat man den Eindruck es würden unterschiedliche Firmen ein Projekt gemeinsam abwickeln.

    Advice to Management

Näher an die Belegschaft rücken und Rückgrat gegen den Mutterkonzern zeigen.
