I have been working at lucy Activewear full-time

    Pros

Really smart people work here. Management encourages an entrepreneurial mindset for field team and is open to suggestions and trying new things. The organization has a lot of support from HR and individual development prior to announcement of wind-down.

    Cons

Being folded into the North Face brand. HQ closes for 2 weeks during Christmas - New Years which can be challenging if the field team needs support from their HQ partners.

I worked at lucy Activewear part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The employee discount was nice, and being able to have a discount at select VF company stores.

    Cons

    No support from upper management.
    Childish co-workers.

    Advice to Management

I don't really have any, since most of the stores are supposed to close by the end of this year. That speaks for itself.

    Pros

Offered a generous employee discount. Good product on a technical level—comforable, holds up well, sweat-wicking

    Cons

Corporate was incompetent. They were trying to shift to a younger market but their designs were out of sync with what the customer wanted, so they alienated the customers they had and failed to capture new ones.
