I have been working at lululemon part-time

    Pros

I understand that every store is different, but I love the people I work with at our store! The workplace culture is very professional but chill. We are definitely held to high standards, but the employees take the time to really get to know each other and have fun at work.

    Cons

Not a lot of scheduling flexibility, mandatory to be available to work weekends and holidays. Guest (customer) experience seems too forced. Some guests just want to be left alone while they shop, but employees are required to talk to everyone anyway.

    Advice to Management

Be open to feedback and change. Everyone who comes to work at lululemon is at a different place in his/her life, with different life experiences. Please respect us and treat us as individuals. What works for one person may not work for another.

I worked at lululemon part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I would always walk into work knowing I would be surrounded by stellar individuals.

    Cons

Such an emphasis on talking to people and telling them about the product I felt like a lion going in for the kill every time somebody walked into the door. I wish interactions with customers could be more natural and less of a sales pitch.
