I worked at lululemon part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Excellent company to work for. I felt valued as an employee and pushed towards my own self care, which doesn't seem to really happen in most work environments. I loved the community events and feeling like part of team.

    Cons

There seemed to be some scheduling conflicts, and a bit of chaos. The store had just opened, so I think it was due to that.

I worked at lululemon full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great company culture and benefits like generous discount and personal development opportunities.

    Cons

Pressure to be "all in" and spend free time doing work related things, such as getting to know co workers and attending unpaid workout classes.

    Advice to Management

Instill a more set schedule for management to help achieve a better life work balance. Regular check ins to unsure employee satisfaction rather than current "ask for what you need" attitude
