    I worked at md7 full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Fair commission structure, overly generous bonus structure. Half-wit employees make over 80k. Rockstars literally create their own schedule and get draped in cash.

    Cons

    Coworkers unmotivated because the base pay is too high. Difficult to achieve team bonus, despite healthy personal bonuses.

    Advice to Management

    Fire the bottom feeders and keep hiring sales professionals.

    I worked at md7 full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Culture of ethical behavior and generosity, but also winning and optimism. Management takes training and mentorship seriously. Management (and, often, executives) are accessible. Great focus on making success measurable and objective and rewarding it. Managers and other employees push you to do your best, but are also understanding and not fanatical. Good ideas and innovation are rewarded.

    Cons

    depending on what you're working on, your hours might start very early in the morning - the other side of that, though is that sometimes you'll leave early as well.

    Advice to Management

    Keep on doing what you're doing.

    Pros

    Can make your own schedule

    Cons

    No benefits, no promise of employment;
    Very Low salary;
    Oppressive management and total lack of any substantive training;
    Training depends on other employees who may tell you different things;
    Total disregard for meaning of independent contractor versus employee

    Advice to Management

    Stop trying to squeeze money out of a temp employee system and instead give people a real job and treat them like employees when that is what they are under the IRS rules definition.

    I worked at md7 full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Worked there for 5 years. Loyal Company. Decent benefits. Management cares about the culture more than bottom dollar. Base pay is higher than most commission based companies. $36-40k base w commission structure to make over $100k w little effort.

    Cons

    I had some pretty dumb coworkers. Training needed a little more substance. IT staff was less than qualified but we were able to work despite their downfalls.

    Advice to Management

    Execs seem unapproachable.

    I have been working at md7 full-time

    Pros

    It's a great crew from upper management all the way to the newest employees. The health benefits are as good as it gets. The sales people have a good opportunity to make $80 - $100K +.

    Cons

    The work can be very monotonous. There is very little opportunity for advancement. There is a general lack of ongoing or advanced training.

    I worked at md7 full-time

    Pros

    Although the quality certainly varies, there are some very talented managers there. Learned a lot from the few that are worth their bloated paychecks.

    Cons

    Middle management seems to be completely blind to the bad middle managers who are holding so many folks back. It can be frustrating trying to suggest changes when many of the managers are more worried about their own skin than their employees.

    Advice to Management

    Don't just say you are interested in involving everyone, actually listen to everyone. That means being open to the tough decisions of getting rid of, or at least demoting some of the overrated and overpaid managers.

    I worked at md7 full-time

    Pros

    Extremely flexible regarding scheduling. This company was very accommodating regarding working around my schedule. The company recognizes that its employees have obligations outside of work.

    Cons

    The base pay for leasing consultants is laughable. The commissions can take 4 months from the day you close a deal to the day you get paid on it. That period of time is a difficult financial situation to be in. Moreover, when you are finally paid on those deals you manage to close, they are merely "advancing" the commission. This uncertainty makes for precarious financial planning.

    Advice to Management

    Pay your people a living wage so they can consentrate on getting their work done, instead of looking for additional work to make ends meet.

    Pros

    IT system saves time, connection to clients like AT&T and Sprint creates organized project opportunities from large companies that set up a process.

    Cons

    Unqualified people in management. 90% of managers are self-serving and incompetent.

    Advice to Management

    It is time to clean house. Fire selfish managers and start over. Don't promote people who can't perform and have a high error rate. Don't promote people who don't care about customer service or the client's deadlines or process.
