I worked at mdINR full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Immediate supervisors genuinely want to help you be your best.

    Cons

Further up-line leadership caps wages which keeps the whole business chronically understaffed, leading to constant mandatory overtime. This leads to employees who are exhausted and demotivated and creates co-morbid discipline problems.

    Advice to Management

Offer more competitive starting wage or more faster raise schedule for first year or two to encourage better retention, which would lower turnover, lower cost of constant need for training new agents and OT.

    Pros

    easy job to do everyday

    Cons

Horrible company to work for. They don't care about your life outside of work. Very high turn over rate. They will fire you in a quickness. Management spends more time out of the office shopping then actually with her employees.
