      Really good overall

      Pros

nCino is great. There have been growing pains, but the company works hard to keep a good path forward. Pay is improving and it seems like it's becoming more market competitive. Benefits remain good and include 20 days of PTO plus 2 flex holidays. Always good hardware to work with. Great team culture and good work-life balance, and people really come through for coworkers who need help with anything, related to work or not. I've had a lot of good experiences with management overall. Not perfect, but solid in the grand scheme of things. There's been more opportunity to submit organizational feedback than there used to be. They also had a great response to COVID-19 and sent employees home to work remotely in March. Lots of support from management on making the transition to remote successful.

      Cons

Normally inflexible on remote work. Maybe that'll change after COVID?

Company that Cares About It's Employees

      Pros

Great people - haven't met an unkind person yet, and people will go out of their way to help you. The benefits are pretty good. There's an emphasis on work/life balance and it's not just for show.

      Cons

The compensation could be better. It's not awful, but below market for many many roles. There's not much flexibility with remote work options and there's a big emphasis on being in of their offices, even though the pandemic has shown that the company can be just as productive remotely. It can deter great talent, especially people from the coasts or those who don't want to live in a college town.

      Fantastic company culture

      Pros

      - Incredible company culture - Location of HQ is beautiful - Free paddle boarding & surfing lessons - Emphasis on work-life balance & having fun in the workplace

      Cons

Pay is based on location. In Wilmington, that means that similar positions at other companies located in other locations may pay employees significantly more for the same position.

When you want your family working here, you know it's a great company.

      Pros

This is by far the best place I have had the pleasure of working. I rarely right reviews but the way that the CEO and management has treated their employees through this Covid 19 outbreak speaks numbers. - Benefits - Work Life Balance - Opportunity for Growth - Little Micro-Management - Management takes concerns into considertion

      Cons

I'm trying to think of a con but I truly can't. It can get busy at times, but that's like anywhere you work. The difference is being able to get slammed but having enough resources to not be overwhelmed. nCino provides just that.

Great To Be Part Of a Company You're Proud Of

      Pros

I have been in the work force for almost 10 years now and have never worked for an organization quite like nCino. The work-life balance is astounding and the benefits are great. One of the biggest differences I have noticed is that they truly value their workforce and recognize that the only way to a company's success is through happy and fulfilled employees. The CEO is transparent and relatable. It's amazing that even with hundreds of employees, he still manages to recognize small accomplishments and create relationships with as many of his employees as possible. He consistently reinforces nCino's values and culture that he built the company on years ago. So lucky to be a part of the nCino community!

      Cons

Literally none that I can come up with

The “culture” that they boast about is weakening, upper management does not practice what they preach

      Pros

Work life balance is generally decent, benefits are better than average

      Cons

Pay is low, pay varies dramatically within a position and is not performance based, under performers are kept around and weigh down the teams, company is becoming more and more bureaucratic by the day

      Pros

Culture is super fun, they really support a great work-life balance with nerf guns, volunteer hours, and more free snacks than you've seen in your life. They spend time training you and want you to be successful, and using Scrum is a good fit here.

      Cons

Intern pay is lower than most software jobs If you don't know the coding languages you dont get to do a lot of coding in the short time you intern

      Pros

nCino is an amazing place to work between the benefits, work-life balance, and other perks.

      Cons

401k could use some improvements but seems to be improving with each year.
