I have been working at nVision Global full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The company has a reputation and good code of conduct for employees moreover, I will say there is a well-developed company culture. nVision has an open, participative workplace, where people enjoy working and have broad opportunities for growth and creativity.

    Cons

As of now nothing i have felt to say as issue in work, because management is really concerned for employees.

    Advice to Management

For Management it's essential to understand the need of that employee's cooperation, collaboration, and motivation. Improving cooperation between divisions and between levels profoundly improves communications, decisions, and problem-solving.

    Pros

nVision Global is a leading brand name in Supply Chain and Freight Audit Services. It feels pride and honour working with such a reputed company. Management here supports each individual decision and bring it to action. I would love to work for this company again.

    Renowned Brand Name
    Management is very supportive
Great Compensation for work. Company provides great salary to each employee.
    Comfortable environment

    Cons

It takes a little time for freshers to adapt with nvision advanced solutions and processes.

    Advice to Management

Management should arrange more training session that helps freshers learn the process quickly.

    Pros

Secure job in a stable industry, good benefits, global company, the amount of turnover seems to finally be decreasing, modest and well-kept offices, entrepreneurial spirit

    Cons

low salaries, only 5 days of vacation for the first 3 years in the US office (as compared to several weeks for other global offices results in friction), everyone works in silos with a lack of communication, IT-driven company but IT is so busy it is hard to get responses

    Advice to Management

offer better salaries and vacation to employees and they will be more satisfied and motivated, more communication is needed from senior management in terms of company goals and strategies, more cohesion is needed between global offices to work towards a common goal, the dress code should move to business casual because some employees take casual too lightly

    Pros

Given responsibility, job opportunity, gain insight into logistics industry, learn to interface with a variety of clientèle, stability, entrepreneurial spirit (company expanding to global markets)

    Cons

Bureaucratic environment, lack of opportunity for career advancement, minimum opportunity for raise, poor internal communication regarding important issues and changes, lack of direction and / or guidance from managers, little respect shown by management toward employees.

    Advice to Management

Investing more in the employees would help in transforming negative environment and cultivating a loyalty to both the long-term mission and day to day tasks. Become more flexible in hours employees work, offer constructive criticism and guidance.

I worked at nVision Global full-time

    Pros

The work place is very casual and for the most part the people there are very nice

    Cons

Don't expect to get a raise or a Christmas bonus. Every employee is given a polo shirt with the company logo on it as a Christmas gift. Managers are given a jacket with the company logo on it.

I worked at nVision Global full-time

    Pros

Some of the staff are a pleasure to work with. They have global offices.

    Cons

The amount of turnover is high, low salaries, only 5 days of vacation for the first 3 years as compared to several weeks of vacation for the global offices, there is little to no communication, little to no training, management can be rude, crass and make it a hostile working environment. There is no office etiquette and a horrible dress code. Fowl language is often used by management when speaking to employees.

    Advice to Management

You need to treat your employees with respect, offer better salaries and vacation to employees and they will be more satisfied and motivated.

    Pros

Colleagues are hardworking and create a good team spirit. Working with large Fortune 500's is interesting and challenging.

    Cons

Micro management has been invented here and responsibilities change all the time. Pay is ok for folks with mediocre ambitions. Company has no strategy, customers and carriers grow unhappy with product delays and late payments. Unpredictable management with big ego's

    Advice to Management

Provide people with an honest and clear view of where the ship is heading. Don't try to solve everything by just hiring new people. Stick to the company values which means do not abuse the word trust.

I worked at nVision Global full-time

    Pros

    No reason to work here.

    Cons

Different people from different country , different time zone, its very difficult to understand the different work culture and their ego’s. Rather then work its just like a tennis court where people has to push the ball from their court only. Blame game is going on and lower management team continue to struggling to streamline the process but upper management just enjoying it from USA. In one word rubbish work culture and process procedure. No respect shown by management toward employees.

    Advice to Management

I Know they do not have EAR, So How they will Listen ...?
