    Pros

    Nice,young and international environment. Good place for a student internship. You perform more or less the same job as your team leader.

    Cons

    The work is highly dependent on the team you are in, in general it is not very stimulating nor challenging.

    Sad job, complete lack of interest from the senior, interns do all the job while the employee just get paid

    Advice to Management

    stop harvesting the money and get interested in the work people do and the product

    Pros

    Young company with a mix of all sorts of nationalities. Beautiful location in Regensburg. Fellow employee colleagues very nice.

    Cons

    Management do not raise or praise you on your performance. You could be doing a wonderful or terrible job and it would be all the same for them. Got rid of their best employees because their wage demands were too high.

    Advice to Management

    Get a performance appraisal in place.
