I worked at naviHealth for more than 3 years
Flexibility at least before all the different acquisitions. PTO is very good, more than your normal 15 days. Technologies it uses are very trending. Leaders in healthcare. If you are developer out of college, senior in development or Dev Ops then you would be fine to grow.
Management has no guidance going below the top leaders, no effective decision making to improve current employees. The only decision making is to get rid of capable people for out of college (can be easily molded and paid less). The managers have too much responsibilities and nothing gets done, wrong people doing specific tasks, hiring people based on skills is a joke (no really standards). Some key areas are struggling...
Advice to Management
Get rid of old managers that don't take risks and don't want to make improvement to the individual groups. Invest more in the teams, better recruiting when hiring, better awareness of the importance of support for long term relationship with clients. Be more firm in making decisions when comes to people not performing correctly instead of getting rid of actual good professionals.naviHealth2019-05-21
