I have been working at naviHealth full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The supportive and encouraging culture from the top down is amazing. Benefits are the best I've ever had and they ALL begin Day 1!! I've had superior training from the clinical coaching staff.

    Cons

there are no cons. Everyone is great. Sure there are hard and frustrating days, but the job and company are far superior and worth the struggle on those days.

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at naviHealth full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

What was once a fairly good company to work for has now turned into one of the biggest nightmares anyone can imagine.

    Cons

Long hours and horrible opportunity for advancement (after 6 years with the company). This place is nepotism at it's finest. They just settled an almost 5 million dollar lawsuit (Google is your friend here) due to their poor employee practices and making salaried employees work 12-14 hours a day, please do your research before wasting your time here.

I worked at naviHealth full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Explosive growth. Budget was available to provide the tools necessary to do the job. PTO accrual was higher than most companies I've worked for. 401k match and insurance started on day one.

    Cons

Small team. Work/life balance did not get enough attention. Work from home was offered for some, but not all roles. Too much emphasis was put on having a body in a seat, regardless of the fact that products and people you supported were not housed in the same facility.
