    Pros

Original owner and produce manager were really good. Helped mould me into a responsible and accountable worker.

    Cons

Corporate involvement can be detrimental more often than not. Let your franchisees run the store. Too much micro management from corporate forcing owners to do things that aren't as successful

    Advice to Management

Respect your employees and they will respect you back. It's a two way street.
