Advice to Management
Continue to keep everyone happy
I have been working at odopod full-time (More than 3 years)
Filled with the smartest people in the industry.
Big focus on company and team outings.
Everyone here really cares about good design.
Hard design problems and short timelines can burn some people out, but leadership does it's best to maintain a healthy work/life balance.

Great clients, very fair even tempered management. Superior work is expected and delivered with pride in craft. Technology is respected here with company time allocated for developers to seek and share new methods. Hungry for progress. Ended up learning a great deal. Front-end 90%though, there isn't much computer science involved, mostly dazzle. Fun place to work. Lovely neighborhood and perks. Pro-family, work-life balance is on point unless its deadline time (welcome to any agency).
Disconnects can lead to dwindling client satisfaction, and burnout rate is often time stomached until it's too late. If you don't perform you will be pruned (which isn't a con really, a reality, rather). This can be avoided by not over-promising deliverables that are not realistic in a given set of hours. There is often an air of naivety and it waterfalls (literally and figuratively) onto developers more than it should given the brains and talent in play.
Exciting work environment
Award winning company
Work/ life balance is nonexistent in crunch time. It's more of an industry problem though.
Award winning work from the most talented in digital.
Can be uptight and critical in the pursuit of excellence.
