    Pros

Established seasoned management allows other employees to improve dramatically in the work place. It is a team oriented work place with unlimited knowledge within its field. Everyone in the company works hard from the bottom, all the way to the top.

    Cons

Although the company is very knowledgeable, since starting up and ramping up we have been very occupied. There are still a lot of moving parts while growing however completion of work and objectives are obtainable.

I have been working at pdvWireless full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - HR organizes nice parties and events.
-People are relaxed with dress code and company culture.

    Cons

    - No transparency within the workplace. I believe numerous people here have hidden agendas or conditions, accompanied by the availability of full information required for collaboration, cooperation, and collective decision making.

    - Not a lot of room for growth.

    - Old school practices. Can't keep up with the times.

    - A lot of re-work and attention is focused on useless areas.

    Advice to Management

The company needs to seek better alignment, transparent leadership results in employees who understand the company vision and how their efforts help achieve company-wide goals.

Better engagement is important here. A culture that values transparency in the workplace breeds engaged employees. When leaders are transparent, problems are solved faster. By being open and honest about company problems, employees can help find solutions.

I worked at pdvWireless full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Legacy Nextel figure heads in charge at this company. They have some deep investments from Wall Street.

    Cons

The harsh reality is this company is behind the times with their technology both internally and externally. They are trying to push a square peg into a round hole. The Push to Talk technology they are offering to the market at $ 30-$ 50 per month is available for Free if you own a Smartphone. If you are in Sales, stay away from this company. They have turned over more than 50% of their sales staff in less than 1 year.

    Advice to Management

Ditch the idea that you will be able to replicate Nextel. The market has moved one and is not looking back.

I have been working at pdvWireless full-time

    Pros

Family oriented. Upper management keeps all employees updated with every new venture taking place. Your work is valued and appreciated. There are various opportunities for growth given to all employees. I'm glad to be a part of this company. They always put their employees first!

    Cons

Being that it is a start-up, the company is still relatively small compared to giant corporations that are already established and fully functioning.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work! I'm glad to be a part of this journey with you all.

    Pros

Intelligent, well-rounded people with a passion for where the company is headed. The culture has a very positive energy and feeds the drive to do more. There is company structure, but no stiff divide between upper management and employees. In fact, the leaders understand that it's the employees that should be valued. I work with some of the best people and I truly love it.

    Cons

This is a small, nimble start-up company, but growing rapidly. It does not have the large corporate structure that some are used to, but that is not necessarily a bad thing.

    Advice to Management

They have good intentions to be a more diverse company. I would like to see this come to fruition.

    Pros

Senior Management, smart, focused and dedicated. True trailblazers in the industry. Excellent business savvy and market knowledge. Excellent work/life balance, all that is requested is full commitment during your work day but understanding and supportive of family needs and responsibilities.

    Cons

Sacrifice in terms of remuneration and limits on capitalization. Slower growth than the quality of the solution would seem to indicate.

    Advice to Management

Continued perseverance in the face of adversity.
