    Slow promoting Keeping employees for the sake of it Giving promotions to the "lazy" not the "worthy"

    Advice to Management

    Find people who want to work, not just be paid. Better interviewing and background checks for this. Realize that Account Managers deserve more than Customer Sales Representatives. Anyone can sell something, try keeping your money on track and conseuling what are typically terrible payers to pay on-time. Most stores I've been to the accounts team works harder than the sales staff but the sales staff gets treated...
