    I have been working at tbd advertising full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Management is there to help
    - Station willing to try new things
    - channel is growing in viwership

    Cons

    - Large seals team
    - Only News programing
    - low rating points
    - Cable channel not sold with the others. This can be a turn off for some clients- june one more rep to work with

    Advice to Management

    Help with in office tasks. Sales reps can get caught up in account management because they do not have a sales assistant.

    If you like an active lifestyle, enjoy the outdoors and want to work in a good ad agency, Bend OR, and tbd advertising are the places to look for.

    Cons

    Since is located is small town, clients generally have limited budgets.

    Advice to Management

    To keep referring at other small agencies around the country that has managed to create work taht has had national impact.

    Interesting people, interesting work environment, good company to work for and can learn a lot

    Not much to report as a con - interned only but I suppose you can say that more work can be given to interns
