I have been working at the LEGO Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The LEGO Group is an amazing company to work for. Especially when it comes to retail. If you have the chance to grab a full time position with them, don't pass it up. The health benefits are amazing, and so is the 401k, and the amount of PTO they offer. Most benefits start the day you're hired. They offer a very generous tuition reimbursement program as well. Just this year they started offering full pay for 6 months if you have a baby as well. Plus a bunch of bonuses throughout the year. Also a very generous discount as well, plus tons of free LEGO sets throughout the year. The job is fun as well. You will get to spend a good amount of time getting to play with LEGO sets and putting the displays together. Unlike alot of other retail the customers are usually happy to be there. The company is also very big on work/life balance.

    Cons

Hours could be long around the Holidays.
