    Pros

great place to start out and gain experience if you're fresh out of college. Good compensation plans, pretty good senior leadership. Good quality paper, well written content.

    Cons

Very limited amount of opportunities for advancement. Not a good place for growth or advancement. They loose a lot of talent because of this.

    Advice to Management

Promote from within. Compensate the people who are doing good work and making the company money.

I worked at the washington examiner as a contractor (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good pay for a freelancer. Simple articles that were not time consuming.

    Cons

Paper was not run well and the business model was not working.

    Advice to Management

Hire more reporters, upgrade pay to attract good quality journolists.
