      Pros

      It's a fast growing organization. They work on both internal products and client projects. Have some very big clients mainly in North America. Specialized for mobile and cloud app development. They give lot of importance for DESIGN in their applications. I worked there for about 2 years and learned a lot of things in mobile app design. They are very particular about the quality of apps and their user interface and user experience. If you are in UI/UX then you can learn lot here.

      Cons

      Work life balance has to change. When I joined there was no joining bonus, but you can get relocation bonus. Only few benefits for employees.

      Pros

      You can get to work on latest technologies. Mobile, Cloud and IoT. Products and services both are there. Immense learning scope I read somewhere somebody posted about long working hours. Actually, they have fixed this problem now. It is as per the law 8 hours. No fee for H1B

      Cons

      Working in their Product team is better than services team. But lot of H1B is for their services.

      1. Good Carreer Opportunities 2. Salary is Above Average 3. Employee Friendly 4. Controller is good and he takes care of company employees very well. 5. they Dont do fraud like other companies or consultants. 6. Salary and accomodation even if u are not in Project. 7. Relocation Charges will be beared by Employer.

      1. Insurance is little difficult process . 2. Direct clients are less, due to that you will end up being multi layered project some times. 3. Marketting needs to improve
