    Neutral Outlook

I worked at trinity episcopal school full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

I enjoyed the environment, and most of my co-workers were fun to work with. I also enjoyed having weekends and most holidays off, Also enjoyed the 7am to 4pm hours.

    Cons

The job became contingent on the size of enrollment. Once the enrollment decreased, they could no longer afford to pay my salary.

    Advice to Management

My advice would be to do everything to keep the enrollment up. If this is achieved, then the school would be able to keep experienced and valued employees.

    Positive Outlook

I worked at trinity episcopal school as a contractor

    Pros

This school values getting to the heart of a child in order to get to the brain of that child, and that is important in today's world. Work-life balance is encouraged.

    Cons

Contractual employees could be slightly better compensated for the time that they put in, but overall, the joy of the atmosphere overrides this issue.

    Advice to Management

Expressly invite your contractual employees to be more included in the larger culture as a whole.

I have been working at trinity episcopal school full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

If you are interested in working in a place that stands by their mission of helping students discover their paths, this is it. Great Head of School, but questionable choices of administrative leaders apart from him.

    Cons

The support that the administration provides for the students does not translate into support for the faculty and staff. Faculty are dividided in and between departments to the point where it effects the progression of the curriculum.

    Advice to Management

Align your mission with your choices in leadership throughout the departments.
