I have been working at trustaff full-time for more than 4 years

      Pros

Certain departments have great leadership that create opportunities for career development. Again, this varies by department but there is flexibility on schedules and work/life balance. PTO package is great but it is setup to reward tenured employees so you’ve gotta stick it out a few years to get more than 2 weeks. There is a 401k match. Health benefits arent bad, you can get a basic high deductible plan at a low cost...

      Cons

Unprofessional demeanor of co-workers (and a few team leaders) that kill the positive, solutions oriented culture that others try to foster. Opportunities for longterm growth are lacking which is discouraging as the starting pay isn’t that great either. For a driven person with high aspirations this place won’t cut it after 2 or 3 years.

      Advice to Management

Be more aware of how to spot toxic employees that kill the culture and be more quick to resolve the issues created by them.

      I worked at trustaff full-time

      Pros

Fun company atmosphere - great perks with free coffee - great new location and office space - relaxed casual work attire (sometimes too casual) - great holiday parties

      Cons

Limited growth opportunity and ability to make an impact. No option to give management advice on how to create succession planning. It's all about revenue and closing the deal. You are as good as your last month. a true sales enviornment

    • Environment more enticing than the work

I have been working at trustaff full-time

        Pros

The building and the perks are nice.

        Cons

Conservative, insular workplace with seemingly no system of checks and balances.

        Advice to Management

Hire less people and instead people of higher quality.

        Pros

I have the best Recruiter he is always available when I have questions or requests. Thank you Stuart Grayson

        Cons

Better housing department. You are pretty much on your own in this category.

        Advice to Management

Help nurses with housing. It's scary enough going some where you dont know. But then having to find ur own housing sucks.

        I worked at trustaff full-time

        Pros

game room and zen room, nice break room downstairs

        Cons

no flexibility, not even to leave a few minutes early to go see my kids soccer game. all they care about is the numbers, not a family oriented place. they don't seem to care if you have a life outside of their business. the insurance is extremely high, especially for a family and minimal PTO. if your single and have nothing else to do but work, this might work but if you have kids I would find another company to...

I have been working at trustaff full-time

        Pros

-Bright, new office with superior technology, minus the awful CRM -Fun atmosphere -(Mostly) Great co-workers -As a Recruiter, you are in charge of your own destiny.

        Cons

-They do hire anyone (literally) -Awful CRM; outdated and redundant -Poor starting pay, awful benefits (5 days of accrued PTO?) -Un-professional cesspool of co-workers hooking up and rampant sexual harassment

        Advice to Management

Evaluate who you hire. Start doing background checks on some of these people (convicted Felons work here, FYI). Also, please evaluate who you've put into management positions. There is a distinct difference between working in Recruiting and Acct Management, with a totally different set of rules, and what your employees can get away with. And please, if someone reports a manager to HR, please follow-up and act on it.

        Pros

Run your own desk, no micro management style. Director's help you out. VP give's her time to you- when needed. Family owned. A place where you can make some real money.

        Cons

PTO not a lot - but if you stay longer -they definitely make up.

Thank you for the kind words! Our recruiters definitely love the "run your own desk" management style.
