There are many people working in hybrid or remote locations so the workplace can seem empty.

Pay and benefits are competitive.
Cons
Focus is growth and results, not people and morale. I understand there's a business to run, but at least under DT / cybersecurity it's very much results driven and not much recognition or empathy from leadership. Do you know your people?
