    Pros

    People. Opportunity to do overtime.

    Cons

You work with these clocks on the computer. People are very strict with the time you come in. There is favouritism. No extra payment for overtime. No possibility for growth.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your staff.

    Negative Outlook

    Pros

    - nice people in London, who work together and help each other and customers

    Cons

    - a backwards company
    - incompetent directors run the company
    - no values: dodgy, lying, back-stabbing as a norm
    - no human approach to customers or employees, Up only wants to use them and ripe them off

    Advice to Management

Wake up - its 21 century! Being selfish, money driven only and treating people like dust is not a way forward. It was disgusting to experience directors of UP behaving dishonest, dodgy, smiling in the face and backstabbing in the back during the closure of the UK office, not keeping their word and not paying what was promised.

    Pros

As a first job in London might be handy, but just for a short period.
    Flexible in some way.

    Cons

    Management skills really poor.
    No communication between departments
No communication between headquarters and International office
Most of the people in headquarters do not speak English
    No commissions
    No benefits
    No motivation from management
    Very low salaries
    No career opportunities at all
    Poor training
Really low budget for company activities (Christmas dinner)

    Advice to Management

They should motivate employees, stimulate them, be more generous with them.
They should offer them commissions depending on his performance.
They should involve employees in the company strategy

    Cons

    Lunch not paid
    Lack of internal communication
    Hard to promote
Not salary rise in 3 years
Customer's care company is not good enough

    Advice to Management

They should listen more to the people who work for the outbound department as they are the ones who knows what the people are demanding and which are the issues.
They should listen to the native people (most of the company) and change translation errors on the website
