    Pros

    People. Opportunity to do overtime.

    Cons

    You work with these clocks on the computer. People are very strict with the time you come in. There is favouritism. No extra payment for overtime. No possibility for growth.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your staff.

    Customer's care company is not good enough

    They should listen more to the people who work for the outbound department as they are the ones who knows what the people are demanding and which are the issues.
    They should listen to the native people (most of the company) and change translation errors on the website

    I have been working at unitedprint.com full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    great colleagues, nice atmosphere, no stress, it is a very nice place to work, you got lots of freedom as lonfg as you keep doing your job what you suppose to do.

    Cons

    It could be managed better, there could be done more to have a better work flow, everything is a bit slow here regarding arranging things

    better communication, quicker response to problems
