    Pros

    - nice people in London, who work together and help each other and customers

    Cons

    - a backwards company
    - incompetent directors run the company
    - no values: dodgy, lying, back-stabbing as a norm
    - no human approach to customers or employees, Up only wants to use them and ripe them off

    Advice to Management

Wake up - its 21 century! Being selfish, money driven only and treating people like dust is not a way forward. It was disgusting to experience directors of UP behaving dishonest, dodgy, smiling in the face and backstabbing in the back during the closure of the UK office, not keeping their word and not paying what was promised.

I would suggest to improve the ichat system. Sometimes when is busy the risk of missing a chat is high if we don't keep it on the screen at all time. It would be much better is possible to hear a sound or if the bar at the bottom of the page goes active when the customer writes.
Having the same number of holidays for the London team as for the German one.
