    Pros

In a great industry - social & video advertising. Great platform and ambitious plans for the future, including all sorts of innovation with data. Work hard, play hard culture with very supportive work colleagues. We are One Team.

    Cons

Long hours and high expectations. I think all/ most of the negative reviews on Glassdoor were written by ex employees who were let go because they didn't fit in - not intelligent enough, not hard working enough or too political.

    Pros

There is flexibility in your work and hours depending on your role

    Cons

The experience is very dependent on your direct manager. Some are great. Some are less so.

All of the positive reviews are fake

    Pros

Constant churn. Hire and fire mentality. Definite boys club culture. Heavy drinking. Expect to be on-call 24/7.

    Cons

Dodgy, semi-legal, has been sued for sex discrimination and is still an issue at company. CEO is a known predator for young female interns and employees.

    Complete and Utter Disaster (AdParlor)

    Pros

Some of the people are friendly.

    Cons

    - This place will absolutely suck the life out of you. It is nothing but a toxic environment. I started interviewing after 2 months in, but then decided to try and stick it out for longer. - No innovation or solid product offering. Zero differentiator from their hundreds of competitors. Typical smoke & mirrors sell with no value proposition for brands. - Too many empty suits and dead weight across all departments, primarily in Management. - Management rarely shows up to the office (often times because they are out drinking with "clients") and is incapable of leading a team. If they decide to frequent the office, they spend their time berating & mentally abusing you, talking negatively about other colleagues and the company, and making you feel responsible for the fact that they are a sinking ship. - Many incidents of sexism and lewd behavior, including several rumors of Executive team taking advantage of female subordinates / underage interns.
