    They Offered Flexible working conditions.

    Cons

    Not enough staff on board to properly take care of the wonderful clients that rely on Via Group for support.

    Advice to Management

    Try the "Undercover Boss" technique to see how your clients are being treated by many they must intereact with. Change is definitely needed to keep those outstanding clients and earn their future business.

    Pros

    Lots and lots to learn.
    One can quickly take on the ownership and responsibility on modules and/or products.
    Possibility to discuss the features with business heads, cto and ceo directly.

    Cons

    No fun
    call-center oriented approach
    much of the processes are coming into practise slowly... both technical and non-technical
    no cafetria

    Advice to Management

    HR policies towards technology team should be changed... as most of the policies are designed/practised in the context of call-center
    There should be some indoor games for refreshment
    No outings
    Last but not least, cafetaria
