    Pros

Great company to work for. w3r Consulting has been constantly growing during my employment and I've been given great opportunities to grow with them.

    Cons

Things are constantly changing in order to stay ahead. With change there are always some issues.

I worked at w3r Consulting full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

not much to recommend it as a company.

    Cons

Wait a month for first paycheck (but they will give you a loan that has to be deducted from your checks once you actually start getting them), crummy bennies, 401K has tons of hidden fees. Owners/management never trust anyone. You don't realize how little trust there is until you are someplace else.

I worked at w3r Consulting full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Overall, I enjoyed my employment with w3r Consulting. The account managers were always onsite and mostly available if I had any questions or concerns. They were always forthcoming with their feedback and inputs to the consultants.

    Cons

When asked about other clients, it didn't seem like they had any others which surprised me a bit as I was hoping to move on to another client other than the one I was brought in to work for.

    Good communication

    Cons

No benefit packages for consultants. When I started I wasn't aware that the role I signed up for was hourly only. Other than that no issues so far.
