I have been working at xMatters full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Culture on the BDR/SDR team is amazing. Leadership empowers us with the training and tools to be rockstars at our jobs and then gets out of the way and lets us go to work without micromanagement. Break rooms are always stocked with good food and drinks, coworkers are the best, above average pay, and good medical coverage. Senior leadership at the company is very intelligent and seem to be taking xMatters in the right direction.

    Cons

No matching 401k policy, a benefit offered by many other tech companies.

    Advice to Management

Don't fill account executive positions with external candidates, hire the groomed, ready-to-go talent on the BDR team.

I have been working at xMatters full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

This is the most amazing place to work. Management truly cares about you. Im serious, they really do care about your wellbeing, success, and career. They will go out of their way for you. The Work Environment here is the incredible, the people you work with are incredible, and what we sell is incredible. The culture here is the best I have ever experienced. I have been here for over a year, and I never dread coming to work. I can honestly say that I love coming to work (not very many people can say that). You cant find a better company to work for.
I have to give a shout out to the CEO because he is amazing. He is transparent, honest, and has a clear vision of where we are headed. Best CEO I have ever worked for!

    Cons

we ran out of sticky notes for about a week.

    Advice to Management

    Stay amazing!

    Pros

    Cons

Turnover is high -- it's not due to an employee performance issue.

I have been working at xMatters full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I recently came to xMatters because I was bored at my other job. Boredom will NOT be an issue at xMatters. I have a full plate of meaningful tasks to work on. I've learned a lot from having the opportunity to work directly with the executive staff and upper management. The people here have heart. It's a great culture and I love working here. Because this is a smaller company, I am exposed to different business segments and enjoy learning about all aspects of the business.

    Cons

Sometimes the office is cold. Really, there are no cons.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work! Lets knock those competitors out of the park!

I have been working at xMatters full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I've been with xMatters a short time, but have been very impressed with the organization from top down. The execs are on-point, employees are helpful, morale is good, pay is good, and product is awesome. You work with a lot of big name companies solving interesting problems. Overall, it's been a great place to be. Good place to sell.

    Cons

Can sometimes be a group-think mentality from longer time staff on doing things the way they've always been done (where don't you find this though?). Sales organization has been through a lot of changes, so they're still ironing things out, but that's to be expected.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up.

    Pros

Amazing culture. Wonderful people. Great management, innovative product and year on year growth!!

    Cons

There really are no issues with this company. When people leave, it's because they aren't a fit anymore, not typically because they want to.

    Pros

Amazing culture, cliche but true, exceptional leadership, clear direction, growing company. Troy, the CEO, is the best CEO I've ever worked for. He is transparent about anything you want to know... no secrets here.

    Cons

New office and high growth means growing pains. Alignment between business units will need to continue to improve.

    Advice to Management

Keep squashing the competition and don't go changing. Keep your visionary approach to the future.
