- The company is part of the KI group. It's a great company to work and learn; - xGeeks is a consulting company, so there are a lot of projects in different clients; - Your salary here can reach market average; - There're good benefits; - There're investments in courses and certificates for all employees; - There're many events; - Offices with drinks and food.
Cons
- Sometimes it can seem that things are not so organized here. - There are people who can and know how to help you, but there is no initial checklist to deal with this, you need to discover (living and learning with your mistakes). - Maybe the Manager chooses you for the project and not the other way around. If this happens and you don't like it, that's not the end, try talking to your Manager to change projects (it's possible).

No real con actually. Maybe onboarding, which is great initially but then on the role itself can be a bit 'left to fend for yourself' if you don't already have all the required expertise.

This company will give you the opportunity of working with world class projects/clients, in-house. Not only that, but you will have the opportunity to create companies from ground up, with an huge focus on the engineering side, which is what differentiate xgeeks from others consulting companies.
Cons
In the end, it's still a consulting company, and you may be unlucky and get put on a project that doesn't go exactly as you wished for - If that happens, talk with your Engineer Manager, and I'm sure they will find a reasonable solution for you thou.
