I’m in the interview process for Adobe and the discussed comp is good, but I’m wondering about future comp increases and what to expect 3-5 years down the line. For people at Adobe, how are the raises each year? How frequent are promos typically? I have 4 YOE so it’s 1 level above entry level if that matters

Adobe negotiation advice needed Hi all, Am expecting an offer to come through for a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst role at Adobe in the UK. I plan to negotiate and was wondering if anyone can advise on what's worked for you and what parts of the compensation package Adobe are likely to consider increasing. I made the mistake of giving a range when I first spoke to the recruiter which was £85-90K and was told the budget is £80K but they may be able to stretch so that's my starting point.

Adobe Salary for Senior Product Manager : Is 186,000 $ RSU as an 11 years experienced Senior Product Manager offered by Adobe are enough as a new offer with Adobe? Since RSU’s will be vested over 4 years , I am not sure if I have been offered a low amount and is this something I can negotiate with them? Any help would be greatly appreciated
