What would you do if you were in my situation? Amazon is being unfair and is forcing my entire team to relocate. They are only giving us 3 months to essentially uproot out entire lives despite promising we could be based out of our current location. it's either that or leave. i am really stressed out. I have some job interviews but I'm starting a new lease soon which I need to give 2 months in advance. I don't want to leave the city I'm in but I don’t want to be unemployed

I work as an L6 Finance Manager at Amazon. Part of my 5 year plan is to get a promotion to L7 Senior Finance Manager and then pivoting to Google or Meta for a Finance Manager role. I want to learn more about the culture of Finance at Meta and to hear about any Meta finance employees’ experience. Has anyone made the move from Amazon Finance to Meta Finance?

Hi everyone. I'd like to get your thoughts on whether I'm overthinking this. I recently completed an interview with a hiring manager for a new position outside of Amazon. After my interview, I looked up the interviewer on LinkedIn (I didn't know their name before the interview) and discovered that they have around 4 years less work experience than me. Aside from that, the job duties and compensation match my expectations. Do you see any concerns about this? Thanks
