Hey guys, I just got to the final rounds of interview for a Associate banker at Chase Bank in Washington, DC. They said the range was $25-26/ hour. How much more do you think I should negotiate to raise it because I know there is room for negotiation. I currently work at Apple as a technician, I speak Spanish fluently and I have previous banker experience. So with those skills in mind what hourly rate should I ask for? Thank you guys for your insight in advance!

What positions should I target if I exit as an M or SM and want to get something in Google, Apple, Meta or Microsoft? Haven’t worked in tech so want to know what consultants usually transition into? Secondly, what’s the total comp for these positions?

I come with a Masters degree and 12+ years of experience. I’ve been working at Apple as a Program Manager for the last two years. Highly unlikely that I am getting a significant raise or a promotion from what I can tell. I know I am being low balled as I see job posts both internal and external that are $60k+ on average more than what I am being paid. Torn between applying for jobs internally or outside? And bring up salary discussion first or just two weeks notice when I land a job?
