Joined Cibersites India Bangalore in Jan 2021 which is now htc global. There was no CTC revision with March 2022 salary, and so far, no news of CTC revision. I know employees working for over 24 months with no CTC revision. My question is are the appraisal formalities mere formalities? I'm unhappy about the pay structure. For a 65k PM CTC, I hardly get 52k in hand. With rising inflation, and no salary revisions, it's just going to be difficult. Tenured employees, please advise. 😥
Hey Folks, Need your inputs on following points for these two firms: WLB, Job safety, Growth and learning, If there are salary cuts or delay in payments? UST(Client- NetApp, Roles - Individual Contributor) Vs CIBER(Client - TIAA, Roles- will be working with team) . Package almost same in both. PS- I have always worked in Team not sure or confident on how I will be able handle as individual contributor .
