Hi everyone! I have an MS and BS in Mechanical Engineering, living in a low cost of living location. I do modeling and simulation work in the aerospace industry as a DoD contractor. I’ve worked at my current company for 5 years, first job out of college. There’s a text limit for the post, so I’ve provided more details in a comment below. What do y’all think? How is my salary? Am I being paid fairly? Are my promotions progressing adequately? What do y’all think of things my manager has said?

I sell AI to the DoD for a company everyone has heard of. I am pretty good at what I do, and while I am not looking right now, I am curious for my next step… Does anyone know what Sales comp packages at Palantir Technologies Inc. and Anduril Industries look like? Let’s throw in Shield AI AND Rebellion Defense in there for fun. I am looking at all levels for some mentees as well… so from entry level to Account Managers to the District/Regional Manager level for myself. TIA

Seeking some advice / perspective. I'm currently a Lead Associate at Booz Allen with ~15 years of experience. I know I don't want to promote to Senior Associate given poor WLB. I have both commercial and federal experience, but I am currently supporting DoD and possess a TS/SCI. I'm giving some thought to what I want to do next - head back to industry or stay in DoD and try to get a better offer with my clearance. Thoughts? My goal is to increase my salary while maintaining WLB.
