Am I underpaid? I make $75k a year at Capgemini. I started off as a campus hire making 68k in HCOL. I’ve been there over 2 years and been promoted once. My role is a Business Analyst and I’ve been billable 99% of the time
I am currently being interviewed for a Manager - Solutions Architect position at Databricks UK, last round of discussions are going on . I've about 8 years experience and what should be the right salary to expect: This is my expectation : 150K GBP base and 30K GBP performance bonus plus yearly RSUs Is it low ? Do they give more ?
Lockheed Martin Corp.
Anyone have any insight on how the salary ranges work at Lockheed Martin? On new job postings I often see rather large compensation ranges and I'm trying to figure a good rule of thumb as far as how that translates to actual compensation. For example, say a job posting has a salary range is from 74k - 125k. What would you expect to be initially offered, and how flexible are negotiations within that scale? Thank in advance!
