Recently got promoted and got a 10% raise. Yet, I still make barely more than people who are a level lower and joined the firm less than a year after I did. From a financial perspective it truly doesn’t make sense to stay with a firm beyond 2/3 years anymore. I am in industry FWIW.

Iteration manager for an agile project here… band 8 in the Northeast. Many years in IBM. 4 years of agile team experience, approximately 1 year of IM experience although was doing most of the job without the title of IM for over 2 years before that. What salary would you expect ?
