What insurance companies are hiring? I’ve been in claims just shy of 20 years. I’ve been at Kemper for 2 years and it’s time to go. Also as a senior adjuster I don’t believe my salary is high enough. Kemper is a hostile work environment. Supervisors don’t like each other. There’s no back up plan for when folks go on PTO or even leave. We’re slammed with bulk transfers numerous times a month. The amount of work and the salary is really disrespectful. Raises are 2% for most employees
