NEXT Salaries

I’m currently making $62k as a commercial auto adjuster. My income goal for the next 3-4 years is to achieve a six figure salary. What would be the best route to take to achieve this? I have 5 years of experience as an adjuster and a BA - Financial Management. I would love to get into management but it seems like all open positions want previous management experience. Thoughts?

How do you work with a manager that isn't willing to advocate/support you? Currently in industry and have been struggling working with my manager. He's given me feedback that I've been operating at the next level but surprisingly I got a meets me expectations on my review and his other direct report and I were the only people on our team that got no salary increase this year.

Hi , what does it mean when the company asks my expectations of base salary and Total compensation . I gave them a base salary range but was unable to give them total compensation expectations. What should I respond for next for total compensation? Also since I have not given them TC expectations , can they low ball me on that,if so how?
