Real conversations about pay at NHS

Human Resources

Staff Coordinator

Hi I am working as Staff cordinator with NHS currently in Band 3 salary and now have received an offer from DWP for a Band 5 salary. I have entered to the job only 1 month back and the working environment is good and suitable for me with good work life benefits. Would it be a wise move to jump to DWP by leaving NHS. I am looking at flexibility, growth and good work life balance
