Panoramic Health Salaries

So I work a very flexible role with a decent salary. I want to pick up a part time only in healthcare that isn’t just something that doesn’t heavily contribute to my current role or interest. I love helping people. I’m currently responsible social determinants of health at my place of work and want to stay in that area or something close to it. It would be nice if it were remote. I live in Houston, TX. Any suggestions?

I already put in my 2 weeks notice to my work place, my supervisor was mad at me because since I just received retention bonus that will expire for a year, she’s saying I can’t leave. She has explained to me that if I leave, I might have to pay back the retention bonus. Do you think they will reject my 2 weeks notice or I just can pay them back? I need to get out from this toxic work environment. I did not tell them that I already accept another job which is better pay.

HELP! Has anyone here ever had latent TB? I started a new job at a major hospital system and they found that I have latent TB. I was negative at the last job I had so that tells me I probably contracted it at my old job. I am having a difficult time working due to SOB and chronic fatigue. What do I do? Worker's comp? SSI? I am mid treatment and I don't feel any better. I am just looking for advice.
