Hey Fishgang I have an offer from EY which is a 30% hike from my PwC salary. Is it a good time to join EY considering the situation that the company is in with the split.

Two years at PwC, experienced associate in Cyber moving onto a Senior Manager Role at a motor company. 140k, 75k RSU, and 10% Bonus worth it or should I stick around in consulting. Is this jump too much? Last interview went great, more than likely going to get the offer
