Any insights on Stripe Canada salaries? Looking for role, YOE and comp

I was laid off from Stripe this past November and I’m having the damnest time finding work that’s not more than a $10k pay cut! I made a career change for that role and have less than a year of experience. I was only making 85k but it was huge for me since I left another company that I couldn’t break more than 60k in salary after 8 years because I was sick of not being able to have what I want. Anyone else experiencing this?

Amazon Stripe Currently L6 at Amazon, got offered L3 at Stripe around the same tech skills area. The pay difference is barely 16-17% if I exclude the perf. bonus component. 30-32% if I include the performance bonus. (Work culture, quality of work, visibility wise both seem nearly the same). Stripe doesn’t seem interested in negotiating a lot? Confused between staying v/s moving. Given lack of negotiations from Stripe, should I take this to my boss at Amazon to match? Total work-ex: 9.5 yrs.

Hi all - first time caller! Very motivated to work in tech. 14 YE, EMBA in progress, Comp Sci BS. Most recent experience is analytics but would like to get closer to my sales operations roots or strategic planning & financial modeling. Companies like Microsoft, Salesforce, Adobe, Nvidia, and Google are top of mind. Thinking about newer companies like Twilio , Stripe , Coinbase as well. Anyone out there willing to consider a referral?
