Can you negotiate salary after being with a company 4 years? It just asking for a raise but asking for a whole new compensation plan. Looking at others that I have found out about I am underpaid by too much so asking for 5% isn’t gonna cut it. They always say we are a performance based incentive paid company which I’m ok with but I’m not ok with it if I’m paid 10-15% less than others.
