Trying to get a feel for salary expectations at somewhere like Accenture or Deloitte. Currently a Consulting Manager at Workday. Master of Arts in Organizational Management, 6 years experience Consulting, 1 year experience as a Consulting Manager. Prior to Consulting also 3 years of a leadership + 5 years non-leadership experience with different company. Total years in workforce = 15. What level might I qualify for at Deloitte or Accenture and what might Base+Bonus or Total Comp look like?

Currently work at a big consulting firm in their Workday practice. Got reached out by Eightfold.AI and they are offering a 35K comp increase and good bonus. Should I leave stability in workday and a big consulting firm for a small, growing tech startup?

"I've consistently received 'exceeding expectations' ratings for three of the past four years. However, according to Workday, my salary remains at the median level. I often seek additional responsibilities and not good at asking for raises. Considering this, what are your thoughts on the relationship between salary and performance? Given we had an influx of new hires from academia with 'principal scientist' titles in the past two years is it fair to be at median?

I’ve been working in Workday for the past 2 years (HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking & PM certified). I have worked at two Big 4 firms, consulting for WD - mainly focusing in Payroll. I have my MBA. I really want to get out of consulting but maintaining an equal/higher pay salary, still WFH and low stress. I wouldn’t even mind a complete change as long as the pay is well. What are the exit opportunities?
