In the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey, no words can adequately express our empathy for all those who lost so much. Our customers in the Houston area were greatly impacted, with thousands of kids still out of school. To do our part, we are offering Achieve3000 subscriptions to all Houston area students until school resumes. District leadership is grateful for the gift, as parents struggle with how to keep their kids learning during this time. Many teachers and principals have written to me personally asking for assistance. To that end, we’ll be donating to http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQuc8. If you’d like, you can join us in this important effort. We’ll also be partnering with one of our vendors to donate schools supplies to students in need. With Hurricane Irma looming, many of our Florida employees have already evacuated, and our thoughts and prayers are with them. Wishing everyone a good, safe weekend, Saki
Quotes from our customers: “When I first got wind of Achieve3000, I didn't know how I would fit it into my daily schedule. Teachers are already expected to teach so many different subjects, using so many different tools, each day that the thought of adding another seemed absurd. I then went to the training, and saw the amazing content and potential that Achieve had to offer. After much thought, I began to implement the "Chase the 8!" program in my classroom. Each student was responsible for completing at least 2 lessons per week in class. Each time a student would earn a 75% or better on an activity, they would receive a sticker on a chart. For each 8 lessons they did successfully, they would get to choose a coupon from the Goal Bowl. These included positive phone calls home, lunch outside with a friend, hat day, and many other unique prizes. I found this to be extremely motivating. I had multiple students jump up 200+ Lexile points in a matter of 2 months or so. I am very impressed with the amount of excitement the children show. Achieve has had a positive impact in my classroom."
